Mitch agrees to pay for <br /> the next lift of asphalt for the driveway if Greg agrees to repair any frost boils. Greg also has agreed <br /> to withdraw his complaint regarding Mitch's home occupation. The City will require Mitch to apply <br /> for and obtain a home occupation license to operate his business from his residence. The future <br /> maintenance of the drive with the exception of frost boils will be shared 50-50.
