Enclosed is a copy of your most recent septic report. <br /> The procedure for initiating septic system repairs is as follows: <br /> 1. Hire a Soil/Site Evaluator to do the necessary testing <br /> and design. <br /> 2. Submit the design to the City for app`roval. <br /> 3 . Once the design is approved, have one or more <br /> contractors bid on the approved design. <br /> 4.
