The HOA would need to approve their request for access. If the HOA approve their <br /> request,the City would require the driveway currently accessing Sixth Avenue be abandoned and removed. A zoning <br /> permit(grading/hardcover) would also be required to construct a new driveway. A copy of the zoning permit is <br /> attached.
