The City Administrator made several attempts to <br /> reach you by phone without success. A letter was mailed to you on September 15, 2011 which stated <br /> the City was not able to assist you with your current financial predicament. <br /> a City staff reinspected your property on October 1, 2011 for compliance and the inspector observed <br /> materials and debris continue to remain in exterior storage in violation of City Code Sections 58-1(a), <br /> i 58-3, and 78-1577, copies attached. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance before <br /> , Monday, November 14, 2011. In order to bring your property into compliance you must remove all of <br /> the items in violation (items noted in April 27, 2011 letter) or store the items within an enclosed building <br /> by November 14, 2011.
