The property was re-inspected on <br /> May 12, 2011 where the inspector observed a dumpster and some progress made. Our letter dated <br /> May 13, 2011 extended your compliance date to Monday, May 23, 2011. City staff reinspected your <br /> property on July 18, 2011 for compliance and the inspector observed no dumpster on site and materials <br /> • and debris remain in exterior storage in violation of City Code Sections 58-1(a), 58-3, and 78-1577, <br /> . copies attached. <br /> �} <br /> ! This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance before <br /> Thursday, August 4, 2011. In order to bring your property into compliance you must remove all of the <br /> items in violation (items noted in April 27, 2011 letter) or store the items within an enclosed building by <br /> August 4, 2011. Additionally, in order to comply with City Code, all vehicles must display current <br /> license registration. If they do not, they must be stored in an enclosed structure or removed from the <br /> property.
