Public services assisted with CDBG funding typically <br /> exist in the community already. Pub�ic access to the services is generally through <br /> the service provider. <br /> Previous Projects <br /> CDBG funds have been used in the following areas: <br /> • Housing rehabilitation -financial assistance to maintain decent, safe and <br /> sanitary housing conditions for low-income homeowners. <br /> • Affordable homeownership assistance-financial assistance to help low- <br /> income househoids acquire a home.
