Therefore,the application is approved <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> ■ Submission of an NPDES permit number <br /> ■ Reimbursement for fees <br /> ■ Financial assurance for erosion control <br /> ■ Recorded declaration for wetland buffers and private waterbody crossing feature <br /> located in the City of Orono <br /> Once the above-mentioned materials have been submitted and all permit conditions have been met, <br /> staff will issue the permit.
