� <br /> � �'joPray <br /> h � nvimnmenta� <br /> Wetland Delineation Report <br /> Stonegate Farm Inc. <br /> Orono and Medina, Minnesota <br /> September 18, 2015 <br /> Background <br /> Bopray Environmental Services LLC (BES) has completed a wetland delineation on an <br /> approximately 113 acre site located in the W '/2, Sections 28, T118N, R23W, Cities of Orono <br /> and Medina, and Hennepin County, Minnesota (Figure 1). The site consists offarmland, a <br /> small area of forest land and several wetlands. The topography of the site is gently rolling with <br /> steeper sloping areas along the south and west sides of the site according to the U.S.G.S. <br /> quadrangle topographic map (Figure 2). The approximate site and wetland boundaries are <br /> shown on an aerial photo in Figure 3. The field wetland delineation was done on May 27tn <br /> June 15�, June 30th, and August 4th 2015. Sathre-Bergquist Inc. surveyed the wetland <br /> boundaries and incorporated them into the site plans (Appendix A). The purpose of this <br /> delineation was to identify wetlands on the site for planning purposes for site development and <br /> for regulatory purposes. <br /> Precipitation % Normal <br /> Methodologies , _ <br /> �t-� 01-A�lay 26.2015 <br /> The site was evaluated for wetlands based on i- � <br /> the methods contained in the "Level 2 Routine <br /> Wetland Delineation" section of the U.S. Army <br /> Corps of Engineers "Wetland Delineation f <br /> Manual" (Technical Report Y87-1, 1987) and � ` <br /> the Regional Supplement to the Corps of <br /> Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: 200 <br /> Midwest Re ion. A Farmed Wetland 1 "S <br /> g ,so <br /> determination was conducted in accordance '25 <br /> with the methodology in draft guidance "Using ,00 <br /> Aerial Imagery to Assess Wetland Hydrology" 90 <br /> (COE, 2015).
