This letter is to notify you that the City <br /> requires building pernuts for the constxuction of gazebos. Therefore,the City must require you to <br /> remove the gazebo or submit a building permit application along with building plans and a survey <br /> showing the location of the gazebo. A review will be done and if found to be in compliance with <br /> building and zoning codes, a permit can be issued. A deadline of November 8, 1999 has been <br /> established for submittals. If this deadline is not met,the City will initiate legal action.
