Several large trucks and snow removal equipment <br /> is being stored on the property. There is also an illegal structure on the property. The property is <br /> located in a residential zone which prohibits this use of the property. The building code requires <br /> permits for structures; however, this structure does not meet the requirements of the code. <br /> Therefore the City must require you to cease this illegal use of the property and to remove the <br /> structure. A deadline of March 1, 1999 has been established for compliance.
