The addition to the home was inspected and <br /> approved on February 14,2014. City Engineer,Jesse Struve visited the property on April 25,2014 and found the site <br /> with areas of exposed soil. Once grass is established, please contact me to schedule anothe�site visit in order to close <br /> out your escrow account. <br /> Also, our engineer noted two piles of dimensional lumber on the property,one near the home and the other on the <br /> south side of the property near the detached garage. Please be advised exterior storage of construction materials is not <br /> allowed long-term.
