If the wall exceeds 4' in height,the applicant <br /> will need to provide plans and specifications signed by a registered, professional engineer. <br /> • The survey should call out what type of easement surrounds the property. <br /> • They show a proposed fence along the north property line. It appears there is an easement around the <br /> property. The fence cannot be located within this easement. <br /> • There is a note called, "Exist.Water service". This home does not have water service to it. There is however a <br /> sanitary sewer force main in the area of this note. The surveyor will need to verify this, relable,and show the <br /> forcemain location. This may include needing to shot another service location on the next property to the east <br /> to establish the location of this line. Orono Public Works can locate this for the surveyor.
