It appears there is an easement around the <br /> property. The fence cannot be located within this easement. <br /> • There is a note called, "Exist. Water service". This home does not have water service to it. There is <br /> however a sanitary sewer force main in the area of this note. The surveyor will need to verify this, relable, and <br /> show the forcemain location. This may include needing to shot another service location on the next property to <br /> the east to establish the location of this line. Orono Public Works can locate this for the surveyar.
