I have not received a copy of the compliance inspection to verify this information. <br /> The City of Orono does not allow the replacement of an onsite system if city services are available. <br /> There is a sewer line available for this property to hook into. Costs for hooking up to the city service are <br /> available. <br /> The city also has in place a point of sale compliance ordinance that states that if the existing septic <br /> system is found to be out of compliance it must be brought into compliance prior to transfer of the <br /> property.
