The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must remain until V <br /> vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to commencement ofti <br /> hauling from the site. The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning and repair of roadways for any <br /> adverse impacts. <br /> Prior to the release of the escrow funds a final inspection must be completed and all disturbed areas <br /> established with vegetation. Please note established vegetation means perennial cover with a density oft <br /> 75%.
