TO : Ken Potts, City Attomey <br /> FROM: Lyle Oman,Building Official <br /> DATE: Mazch 17, 2000 <br /> SUBJECT: Citation No. 3000268015 <br /> On 3-2-00 open burning permit No.3-270-00 was issued to Lew Erickson for burning at 2500 Sixth <br /> Avenue North. On 3-14-00 the fire department was called to the site to extinguish a fire that had <br /> gotten out of control that threatened wetlands and neighboring houses. Upon investigation it was <br /> found that they were burning in an unapproved location and were burning prohibited materials.The <br /> City revoked the burn permit and issued the citation. The City's objective is to fine the property <br /> owner for violation of City Ordinance No. 9.30 Subdivision(1). <br /> � <br />
