If the proposed changes involve changing the existing <br /> grade (topography)within 5 feet of the property line a permit will be required. <br /> Please note the property is located within Tier 1 of the City's Stormwater Quality Overlay District and is allowed 25%of <br /> the gross area of the property to be covered in hardcover. Also attached is a copy of the City's information packet on <br /> Hardcover for your reference. <br /> If you are proposing to make changes to the driveway access onto Frederick Street, i.e.widen or change the location, a <br /> Right-of-Way(ROW) permit application must be submitted and approved by the City engineer prior to the <br /> change.
