A review was compieted on March 15, 1990. <br /> Numerous phone cal.ls were made to the contractor teZl.ing him the <br /> permit appl.ication review was compl.ete. In September we spoke <br /> on the phone and you said the work had been compl.eted. I have <br /> attempted to contact the contractor on several. occasions and did <br /> talk to him one time. He said he coouid come and get the permit <br /> and get the work inspected. As of this date he has fai].ed to do <br /> so. <br /> This letter is to notify you that, as the property owner, you are <br /> ultimately responsibl.e for getting the permit and inspections. <br /> The City is setting a deadline of October 22, 1990. If this <br /> deadline is not met, the City may issue citations.
