� � �G ���- � n <br /> � ��' CITY of ORONO <br /> O_.�� O <br /> �L.��.-�� � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � ,�"�'�7� ,�t p"' NO. � � � � <br /> f �'; '�_�' ti <br /> '�+'' � , �r ,�, <br /> ��9�� og�G <br /> Es8 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT <br /> OF PHILLIPS WOODLAI�D TERRACE SECOND ADDITION <br /> FILE NO. 1851 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> «HEREAS, the City Council of the Ciry of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application of Paul R. Phillips <br /> and Mary B. Phillips and Orono Woodlands, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation, <br /> t�ereinafter the subdividers of a plat of a lot line rearrangement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B, <br /> 1Zural Residential Zoning District, finding that each lot is of a size and configuration that will <br /> allow its continued use without the need of any variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the platting <br /> regulations of the City, including: <br /> 1. Approval of the vacation of drainage and utility easements over Lot 2, Block 1, <br /> Eckstrom Addition and Lot 4, Block 1, Phillips Woodland Terra�e per Resolution <br /> #3332 as approved by the Orono City Council on September 27, 1993. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the plat of Phillips Woodland Tenace Second Addition, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Said plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County <br /> Recorders Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before November 9, 1994 <br /> together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> r«m:�ns o:u r,-_ <br />
