The scope of this project consists of the addition onto an existing building. The plumbing installation <br /> includes water closets,urinals,lavatories,an electric water cooler,mop sinks,counter sinks,floor drains,an <br /> elevator pit drain and sump,a wall hydrant,and roof drains. The rough-in plumbing for a future three- <br /> compartment sink,dishwasher, disposer,counter sink,hand sink,and soiled dishtable will also be installed <br /> in the kitchen area. <br /> 2. This facility will be served by an upgraded e�cisting private well and a new municipal sewer ser�ice. <br /> Authorization for construction in accordance with the approved plans may be withdrawn if construction is not <br /> undertaken within a period of two years.
