'fanks should be puiped out as soon as possible. <br /> 3 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> ► Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. lnspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next pumpout.
