The existing plumbing now leaves the house <br /> under the basement floor and is about 8' deep outside. A grinder <br /> pump will be required in the basement to lift the sewage from the <br /> house into the septic tanks as the maximum cover on the top of the <br /> tanks cannot exceed 4'.
