The smaller building is also in <br /> poor condition and in violation of various building and plumbing codes. In 1981 the property <br /> was subdivided and the City ordered the multiple use to discontinue. <br /> This letter is to require you to discontinue the use of the second dwelling unit on the property <br /> by August 15, 1993.
