The house initially measured <br /> taller than the allowed defined height of 30'. A slightly higher existing elevation was identified and in conjunction with <br /> the house being lowered, it now meets the defined height. I have given you copies of the original survey, it doesn't <br /> appear to me that they've adjusted the grades to accommodate the proposed walkout.
