Once the stream crossing work is commenced, it shall proceed to completion and <br /> revegetation with all due haste to eliminate the potential for erosion problems. <br /> 8. Appropriate erosion control and site protection measures in accordance with "Best <br /> Management Practices for Protecting Water Qualiry in Urban Areas" shall be <br /> maintained during all phases of construction. <br /> 9. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the owners, <br /> but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a land alteration <br /> permit and execution of a Developers' Agreement within one year of the date of <br /> Council approval or the special conditions of this resolution will expire on that <br /> date (May 9, 1995). <br /> 10. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 11.
