Attached are the Certificates of Title <br /> for both properties and copies of documents referenced thereon. You will note that both Certificates reference a <br /> few of the same documents (1169844, 1325401 and 1449595 —all attached). Both Certificates also state <br /> "Subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on plat." <br /> Also, each Certificate referenced a document regarding an easement which I printed. <br /> Hope this is what you were looking for. <br /> Let me know if you need anything else. <br /> Jean M.
