At the time of the inspec�ion, ice build up was <br /> �t the surface downslop�of the trenches. According to the homeoMmer, the water <br /> softner hed b�en r�paired in the house which has helped tio atop the surFaoe <br /> dischar�ging. I w�s not able to loc�e the trenches due to fromen ground. Soil borings <br /> compietsd found motded soil (redox festur�es) at 20p upslope of the system�nd 28" <br /> da�rnstope of the system. The system is clas�ified as failing� non compliance due to <br /> not me�ting e 3' seperation from the bottom of the system and the mo�ltled soil. If <br /> surface dfscharging occurs, this is dassified as �n imminerrt health hazar�d which <br /> requires the system to be repaired or di�connec�ed within 10 months. <br /> ��-Q • � <br /> Steven B.
