The contractor must provide a /� <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. � <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire � <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. \ ! <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. �--�\ <br /> \ � <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey must � <br /> be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built �� <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
