Please sign the attached escrow agreement and return with a check for$2,500. I will start <br /> the escrow refund process for the$700 land use application escrow that was previously submitted. <br /> • Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Permit. Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District's (MCWD) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 <br /> regarding your project.
