Steiner
700 Co.Rd. #6
Orono, Henn. Co. , MN
This system is Designed for a Type 1, four bedroom home with a
1 bedroom apartment. Designed in accordance with the Minne;ota Pollution
Control Agency Chapter 7080 and local ordinances .
The soils on this site are typical of SCS soils mapped - HcC2 - Hayden
cl.ay loam. A seasonally high water table was located at 74" , 78" ,
82" & 86" . The bottom of each trench must be lacated at least 3 '
above the seasonally high water table . A Standard Tench System may
be installed.
The soils at a depth of 30" have a percolation rate averaeing 17. 8
min/inch and are adequate for treating septic effluent.
Al1 neighboring wells are locatl more than 100 ' away from tl:e propoed
treatment area.
This site has an existing failing system. The existing tanks may be
used upon approval by the local Inspector.
Keep all heavy equipment off of the proposed treatment area before and
after conscruction as much as possible. The treatment area should be
marked off bsfore construction.
With proper installation and maintenance, this system should have no
problem in treating septic effluent effectively.
Recommend to ump the septic tank every year if there is only 1 tanlc
& every 2 years if tl-iere are 2 tanks .
  ,
;
   i /
, .
