Eve erson convicted of a violation of this provision shall be punished by a fine <br />of two hundred dollars ($200.00). <br />SECTION 3. Section 62-104. Running at large prohibited is hereby amended by adding <br />the following: <br />It is unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit such animal to run at large. Any dog shall be <br />deemed to be running at large with the permission of the owner unless: <br />6 In an area designated as an off leash area provided that the person having custody of the <br />animal: is present with the animal; has in his/her possession the required off leash permit; and is <br />actinain compliance with the rules and regulations of the off leash areas <br />SECTION 4.
