CITY OF ORONO <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT ORONO BASEBALL ASSOCIATION <br />HENNEPIN COUNTY YOUTH SPORTS GRANT REQUEST <br />Whereas, the Orono Baseball Association and the City of Orono desire to provide high quality and safe <br />youth athletics facilities; <br />Whereas, the Orono Baseball Association provides routine maintenance support to the Hackberry and <br />Bederwood baseball fields; <br />Whereas, the City wished to support the Orono Baseball Association's application for Hennepin County <br />Youth Sports Program Grant and agrees to partner with Orono baseball Association; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City partners with the Orono Baseball Association for the <br />purposed of the Hennepin County Grant Application for the replacement of baseball field maintenance <br />equipment. <br />Further be it resolved that the City of Orono agrees to act as the fiscal agent for the purposes of <br />administering the grant <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held February 22, <br />2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />Diane Tiegs, City Clerk Lili Tod McMillan, Mayor <br />
