Your office has <br />been working with MnDOT to determine the authenticity of a portion of the <br />site as a Native American spiritual/cultural site (R. LaGarde, 1/24/94 <br />letter attached). <br />The City of Orono and our company would appreciate having this issue <br />resolved with the help of the Indian Affairs Council at the earliest <br />opportunity. We would like to meet with you and your staff and any other <br />interested parties to understand the process for authenticating the site. <br />Please contact me regarding the process or if you have any questions or <br />need additional information.
