The State has awarded a grant to the Grantee identified as NSOR96.003 ("Original Grant") to <br />acquire parklands; <br />2. The Grantee requests the State's permission to sell approximately 1.08 acres of the lands <br />acquired with the Original Grant and acquire as replacement approximately 1.22 acres; <br />3. The State has determined that the proposed replacement lands provide reasonably equivalent <br />recreation usefulness <br />Grant Amendment <br />The project boundary of Saga Hill Natural .Area is amended to delete Lot 58 and to add Lot 63, both <br />located within the'ronkaview Gardens'subdivision. The City will transfer the existing restrictive <br />covenant described in the Original Grant from Lot 58 to Lot 63. <br />Except as amended herein, the terms and conditions of the Original Grant and. all previous amendments remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />1.
