(60.7$) <br /> The existing sidewalk leading from the house to the <br /> lakeshor.e shall be removed prior to inspection of footing <br /> forms for the garage addition. The steel storage shed shal 1 <br /> be removed from the property when the garage addition is <br /> complete. , <br /> • Final hardcover layout shall be as shown in Exhibit B <br /> attached. <br /> 2. When the foundation for the existing house is replaced, <br /> the basement f loor elevation shall be raised to elevation <br /> 932.5' or higher, to be above the flood plain level. <br /> 3. Applicants shall mazntain suitable grades around the <br /> house so that no additional drainage is directed to the <br /> neighboring properties on either side. <br /> � 4. The applicants are advised that any future additions <br /> resulting in additional hardcover on the property wil 1 not <br /> be approved, but might be approved only in conjunction with <br /> concurrent removals of existing hardcover, resulting in no � <br /> net increase in hardcover on the property. <br /> 5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br /> property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br /> and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br /> within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br /> variance will expire on that date (May 8, 1990). <br /> 6.
