CONDTTIONAL USE PERMIT/OTHER LAND USE APPLICATIONS � <br /> To all persons making land use applications with t6e City: <br /> 1. You are required to visit the Zoning Department and discuss your proposal. You will ' <br /> be advised of specific code requirements and fee payments. <br /> 2. General Land Use Application Procedure <br /> a. Complete application form and payment of all required fees. <br /> b. All surveys shall be certified/signed by a Minnesota Registered Land Surveyor. <br /> Civil Engineers may certify topographic surveys.
