The first request is for a <br /> minor Comprehensive Plan Amendment to re-guide the property for single-family residential to single- <br /> family attached residential. The second request is for approval of a Residential Planned Unit <br /> Development. Mack stated following publication of the notice and a re-examination of the City's Code, <br /> Staff has determined that the request is not for a Planned Residential Development but actually should be <br /> Page 9 of 59 <br />
