DIVISION 09 Section 09900 - Painiing � <br /> 3.03 SCHEDULING PAINTING ' <br /> A.Apply first coat to surfaces that have been cleaned, pretreated, or otherwise prepared <br /> for application as soon as practicable after prepazation and before subsequent surface , <br /> deterioration. <br /> Allow sufficient time between successive coats to pernut proper drying. Do not recoat <br /> surfaces until first coat has dried and where application of another coat does not cause , <br /> the undercoat to lift or lose adhesion. <br /> 3.04 APPLICATION PROCEDURES � <br /> A.
