<br /> Figure 4 shows a topo survey of the west pond. Runoff from the truck station facility appears to discharges
<br /> to the west pond through an 18 inch flared end section. It also appears that runoff flows from the east pond
<br /> through a ditch on the south side of the facility and into a culvert which drains into the west pond. Runoff
<br /> also appears to flow overland from the facility directly into the south ditch before draining into the west
<br /> pond. The outlet from the west pond appears to be a 30 inch flared end section adjacent to the inlet from
<br /> the truck station facility.
