Have any possible hazardous materials entered the basin from vehicles or agricultural <br /> runoff? <br /> 4, Have any impervious surfaces been added to the basin's drainage area since its <br /> installation? <br /> 5. Have any noticeable erosion or washout problems occurred? <br /> 6. Has any maintenance been performed on the basin/storm sewer system since the basin's <br /> installation? <br /> 7.
