The results of the reinspection <br /> follow. <br /> The electrical system and it's related components have been <br /> adequately repaired and are now considered satisfactory. <br /> The uncapped gas line has been removed and the loose gas <br /> lines have been secured. <br /> The tenant stated that the basement drain plugs up <br /> periodically with sand which enters around the pit near the <br /> drain during heavy rains.
