In reviewing tbe file, I find <br /> these same complaints go back to 1976 on this property. Therefore, <br /> the City has no alternative but to i'ssue the enclosed citation for the <br /> storage of unlicensed/inoperable vehicles. The records also reveal <br /> that your operation has never had a conditional use permit approval. <br /> I have enclosed the permit application for your review. The City will <br /> require that you submit the application before June 15, 1992. If this <br /> deadline is not met, the City will proceed with a formal complaint <br /> against you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Jeanne <br /> A.
