It is the duty of the owner of every vacant property and the <br /> owner and occupant of every occupied property to maintain sam� in a <br /> neat, clean and presentable manner free of any junk, debris , reubli^. <br /> litter, d�ad trees, or noxious weeds, and to remove all other p <br /> health or safety hazards therefrom. <br /> Subd. 2. Grass and Weeds.
