The righcs of individual on whom[�e data is stozrd or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. <br /> Subd.2. Information reqirired to be givm individual. Access to data by indi�idual. The responsible authoriry <br /> may require[he requesang person to pay the actua!cosa of making,cer.ying,and�compiling the copies: <br /> The responsible authoriry shall comply immediacely,if possib!_.wieh any r_quest made pursuant to chis subdivision,or within five days of <br /> the date of ct►e reques�,excluding Saturdays,Sundays and legal holidays,u immediaG.compliance is not possible. If he cannot comply with the request <br /> wichin rhat time,he shall so inform the individual,and may have an addi�er.al five days wichin which to comply wich che request,eaciuding Saturdays, <br /> Sundays and legat holidays. <br /> Subd.4. Procedure when data is not accurate or eomplete. �r►individual may contest the accuracy or completeness of pubtic or pri�•ate <br /> data conceming himselF.
