They are now <br /> under orders from the City to eliminate the violations with a deadline of June 1, 1996. <br /> As you are aware,the City has received complaints regarding the condition and use of your property <br /> at 3790 Shoreline also. A site inspection revealed violations as follows: <br /> 1) Storage of unlicensed inoperable vehicles - violation of Orono Municipal Code <br /> Section 9.50. <br /> 2) Boat storage - violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 10.60, Subd. 13. <br /> 3) Stora�e of junk and debris-violltion of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.55, Subd. <br /> l. <br /> 4) Operations of business on property - violation of Orono Municipal Code Section <br /> 5.40. <br /> Thc City understands that clean up of all items may require some time to accomplish, so a deadline <br /> of June 1, 1996 has been established for your property also. However, if this deadline is not met, <br /> the City will issue citations and take whatever legal steps that are necessary to bring your property . <br /> into compliance.
