This property is zoned LR-1C-1 which is residential. <br /> Operation of a business from the property is not an allowed use in that zoning district. The <br /> property to the east is allowed as an existing nonconforming use because it was in operation <br /> when the zoning went into effect. <br /> The property is also in need of some maintenance. A culvert under the driveway is plugged and <br /> there is various piles of debris scattered around. <br /> The City must establish a deadline of May 2, 1994 for cleanup and for Dales Excavating to be <br /> relocated off the property. Please arrange a meeting on site and we can discuss what needs to <br /> be done by that date.
