Shons <br /> 3770 Shoreline Drive <br /> Wayzata, MN 55391 <br /> Re: Maintenance of Property: Dumping and Unlicensed, Inoperable <br /> Vehicles <br /> Dear Ms. Shons: <br /> The City has received complaints about the appearance of <br /> your property. On April 9, 1991 an inspection was conducted and <br /> many code violations were found. <br /> 1. Land fill operation. It appears that you are operating <br /> a land fill. Piles of concrete, brick, garbage, house <br /> demolition debris, etc. are piled on the property. This is <br /> a violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.55 and Section <br /> 10.03, Subdivision 19. <br /> 2. Unlicensed, inoperable vehicles. The property has many <br /> unlicensed, inoperable vehicles parked al 1 over. This is a <br /> violation of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.50. � <br /> The City must require you to remove the demolition debris, <br /> piles of concrete, brick, garbage, etc. before April 29, 1991. <br /> This includes items that have already been buried. The <br /> unlicensed, inoperable vehicles must be removed, or licensed and ' <br /> made operable, or stored inside a legal structure before <br /> June 1, 1991. If these deadlines are not met the City wil 1 issue <br /> citations and ref er the matter to the City Attorney f or f urther <br /> legal action.
