Permit#2014-01003 <br /> Chris, <br /> On behalf of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, I am requesting a refund of the $700 escrow fee paid to the city <br /> regarding Zoning Permit#2014-01003. The project was approved by the city inspector on October 23, 2015. <br /> Only after I called the City to check on the status of the refund was I informed that this letter was required to <br /> have the escrow fee returned. I was not informed of this requirement previously, and am dismayed that 6 <br /> weeks have passed since the final inspection and approval with no communication about this requirement from <br /> the City of Orono.
