Sojourn Adult Day Services LLC <br /> Request for Zoning Ordinance Interpretation (Page 2) <br /> Support for Statue Approval: <br /> Sojourn believes�its' services fall within the B-4 zoning code, specifically Sec 78-733-3: "Clinics <br /> for human caze on an outpatient basis" as Sojourn's primary business activities fall within the <br /> Webster definition of"clinic", i.e., "a facility for diagnosis and treatment of outpatients" and"a <br /> facility that offers professional services or consulta.tion". To be specific: <br /> • Sojourn provides "human care"through a variety of inedical,therapeutic, recreational <br /> and social services. <br /> • Sojourn is Owned and Managed by Sally G.
