This direction <br /> was partially the result of the City's recent experiences in dealing with the MCWD <br /> permitting process for the Casco Point Reconstruction Project. <br /> The attached memo from Bob Barth of Bonestroo &Associates briefly reviews the <br /> specific areas in which the City could assume authority, and the processes involved. <br /> Council is asked to review the memo and discuss with staff whether such authority <br /> should be pursued further. <br />
